My truck broke down north of Jacksonville and I had to get it towed in to fix a coolant line. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my truck in and fixed very quick. Would absolutely recommend anyone to come here.

My windshield was cracked on 23 by one of their trucks. I was extremely understanding when I called and was told by receptionist that the owner Wendy had gone to hard and call back. No regard for their neglect. I called after an appointment and was then told the owner had made a bank run and took a message. The teceptionist also advised my insurance would cover it. I called. Due tonthis being our older car we dont have the coverage for the windshild. I called again the next day hoping to leave a message on good Friday. After five rings the call picked up and disconnected. No message left. It is now Tuesday April 2nd. Incident occurred on March 29th. No apology nobcall no responsibility taken. Sad company ethics
