If I could give this place ZERO STARS!! I would I want there yesterday June 13th 2023 I went inside and ask the guy at the front desk if he could come out and see what was wrong with my speakers and wiring because it wasnt working. He came out and said the system needed to be completely rewired and then said my speakers were bad and I needed new one. My speakers are brand new and theyre DS18. When we went back inside he started showing me new speakers and quoted me 140 per hour saying it be 280. 305 dollars after tax. When the technician came out the front desk guy told him that it needed new speakers and to be completely rewired. He asked me what speakers I had and I said DS18 and he said those are great speakers and then told me it just need to be rewired. When I got back to the car I tried to fix it and turns out it was just my Bluetooth that needed to be on and the system works fine. I thought as a women I can trust this place but I feel completely taken advantage. I would never go here again nor recommend anyone to go here.

Man they did the remote start on my Mercedes. The company sent me a faulty unit and they didnt charge me until the work was done. It took 3 hours but since it was faulty they only charged me for the hour it took once the new module came in. Definitely will be using them from now on! Thanks Issac!
