Called and asked if they could do a used vehicle inspection. They said yes. Had the dealership send it over and when they called me they said they inspected everything and did a road test. Only issue was seat heater and a key cover missing. Everything else was basic wear. Based on the good inspection I purchased the vehicle. It was shipped to me. Had a serious rough idle and the check engine light comes on with less than a 1 mile drive and will continue to come on even when it's cleared. Either they know the dealership or they are the most incompetent shop when it comes to vehicle inspections.

This is my first go around to coming to a show to say well-established mechanic shop. I was recommended from AAA to come here to get my car, looked at for service and the amount of time it took them to check on my vehicle, even though I was the only one here was outstanding then I was charged a diagnostic fee and didnt even get any paperwork for my diagnostic fee of $118 so I had to come back up here for it the staffing seems very unprofessional and very racist. I came in just letting them know off the top what I was going to do and what I needed to be done, but even with this information and being professional, and knowing that businesses have things that they have to do as well. I will not be back.

had a panel under my car come loose and i was nearby this place. drove in and they were able to help me by removing it for me and got me in/out of there in 10 minutes. I would recommend making an appt for service though as they seem to get busy. Very helpful people! Thank you guys!

I came in to get my front two tires replaced on Saturday and when I left my alignment was off. I understand that a tire change typically doesnt affect the alignment of the car but clearly there was some sort of mistake made. I immediately called the shop and told them and the man I spoke to said to come back on Monday and they would fix it since the mechanic wasnt currently in. I called back on Monday to confirm that I would be able to bring it in and the man we spoke to this time told me that I would have to pay for the alignment. This is completely unacceptable. Any other mechanic would have fixed this free of charge. My vehicle operated correctly when I came in and when I left it was no longer operating correctly. That is pretty simple. Not only this but the mechanic still wasnt in and I was told he wouldnt be back until the next day. So I was completely misinformed. On top of all of this, the man we spoke to was incredibly rude and belittling. His level of unprofessionalism was astounding. He wouldnt listen to me and no matter what I said he was just plain rude. Even if you dont want to comp the alignment theres no need to be nasty. I would love to speak with the owner about fixing this issue. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
