These guys have the Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!
Always over charging and can never get anyone to issue any credit on my bill!
Can also never get anyone on the phone! Sales rep and CSR Manager also never return may calls or emails!
THESE PEOPLE OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

This company should be put out on business. They do not stick to their agreements, refuse to communicate about overcharges, threaten action if bogus and undefined charges are not met, and the Collections Department will not recognize corrections and commitments authorized by the Saxon Sales Department in Jacksonville, FL; Saxon Administrative H.Q. in Miami Falls, FL; the CIT Bank for Saxon Business in Chicago, IL; and our firm that has been faithfully paying the every month at the agreed upon rate for 2 1/2 years!
Avoid this leasing company unless you want overcharges, harassment, and threats by their out-of-control Collections Department.
Also, I recognize one the prior 5-star reviewers: He was and Employee in Saxon Customer Service!!! He was NOT a customer, so his "5-star review" was NOT valid.
(He has since left Saxon Business Systems and so should the rest of Saxon Business Systems.)

The most dishonest company I have dealt with in 30 years in business. EVERYTHING they tell you is a lie. Zero ethics, zero commitment to customers.

If you are in Jacksonville, find yourself a different Xerox provider. Don't know if it's just our Jacksonville branch that is terrible or Saxon as a whole but we have had a copier leased thru them for over 5 years and the only time you ever see or hear from them is when they send a new sales rep out to try and upsell you on a new machine. Never come for service calls, Our own IT dept always figures stuff out. The Jax office never answers the phone and wants you to do everything online. We have been trying to get a response to renegotiate a new lease or buyout for a solid year with multiple phone calls and emails and they literally just ignore you. Now we followed the contract exactly to the word for getting the unit returned and still have not heard from anyone. We bought our own machine and will service it ourselves for a 1/4 of the cost and the same level of support.
