Love this chase! Ive been banking with them for years now, and everyone at this location is an angel! Called Monday, they set me up an appointment for Thursday. When I walked in, I was greeting immediately, Paul helped me with my accounts and made everything so easy for me.
Anything financial can be so intimidating as a young woman, but they made the process easy and provided a professional but welcoming environment, highly recommend!

Customer service is just not there!!! I came in a little early for an appointment and was waiting on a banker he was in his office doing nothing and would not see me until the official appointment time. Please save yourself the headache and find another banking establishment.

Be careful with this branch! They clearly don't have consistent training or leadership, because your experience will depend on which banker you get on the particular day that you visit.
