They did wherever they did to my bathtub today and I was not given a time as to when they would be here so that I could be here at the same time as well. The only thing that I was asked to move out of the way were the things on and around the bathtub such as soaps and shampoo. So on top of all that they touched and moved things that were by my front door that they had no cultural right to even touch or mess with!! Now I'm royally pissed!! So why is it that I'm going to be asked to clear the bathtub but not anything else? Why wasn't I called and asked even permission for those things to be touched which I could have easily came home and took care of myself?!

I rented a home from them and couldn't have dealt with better people I paid my bills on time probably cause of other negative reviews

My son and family stayed in an apartment on doloma street owned by Turnkey we had to pay up to the first of the month and was asked to move out by the third week of the month that we told them we we're moving to something bigger. These people are having us clean screens, they want the carpet professional cleaned, rake pine needles that have fallen in the past week since we have moved. They would not allow us to paint anywhere needed because they want to charge you to have a professional come out and do it! They are trying to keep the double deposit in anyway possible. Of you rent from them and something goes wrong you have to pay for it plumber came out three times In the one year I lived there so complete ripe off!
