Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service, if there was a 0 star option I would choose it! I live in Jacksonville, FL where my fiancee was in our 10 month old 2014 Ford Fusion when she was T-boned by some guy in a full size dodge pickup owned by a company with a million dollar policy. It was determined that she was not at fault by all parties. So we had to file a claim with West field Insurance and they determined the vehicle was a total loss and assigned Nathan Holly from their total loss unit as our adjuster. He contacted me with an offer on the car, I did not accept the offer and told him I would like to do some research first and talk to my attorney. I decided to let my attorney contact him to try and negotiate a better offer but he has constantly ignored their calls and not replied to their voice mails until hours later or the next day when no one is available. So I decide to try and call this guy after calling him literally 10-20 times he finally answers just to tell me he cant talk to me because I have an attorney. This goes on for the several days. I am then informed by enterprise that my rental is due on Thursday April, 16th. I try to contact Nathan, calling him multiple times, but he does not answer. I then call in to the Westfield customer service number and I finally get transferred to his supervisor and while I am on the phone complaining to his supervisor, which by the way can speak to me even though I have an attorney. While I'm phone with his supervisor he just happens to finally speak to my attorney. They allowed a one day extension on the rental and told my attorney they would speak to him first thing Friday morning and try to get this claim settled... NEVER HAPPENED. It is now Sunday and I have no vehicle and still have not settled just because this guy cannot not answer his phone this is absolutely ridiculous and our next step is to put in a complaint with insurance commissioner which i hope it doesn't come to that. Even though you cannot help who crashes you PLEASE avoid this company for any personal insurance needs they are your typical insurance company and will do anything do pay out as little as possible and only have their best interest in mind!
