      image This bank has lost it's way. Their internal systems are so poorly integrated that they need checks spelled out exactly, their two-factor login app never members who you are, the online banking won't sync with plaid, constant fails to sync with QuickBooks. I used to put up with it because the tellers had power, but now the call center is taking over and the tellers are being stripped of authority. 20 year customer. Bye.
