I spoke to the owner Ryan over the phone the other day about work to be done on a classic truck. He told me to come by the shop so he can take a look and review details I had asked twice what time he would prefer me to be there aka an appointment but he said no special time just bring it by.
I bring the vehicle which I might add needs work. This is why I am going there in the first place so it was quite sketchy to drive all the way there (not around the block from me). I walk in and no one is there. I call, no one picks up. After further investigating the shop I hear a voice behind a door so I knock. No one answers. I call again only to hear the phone next to me I the office ring. I knock I. The door again and this time someone answers who was enjoying their breakfast and rightfully so as it was morning. He was nice and tried to reach Ryan but he didn’t answer. Safe to say it appears the owners aren’t really that interested in doing work and have a hard time following there own directions. If this is how they treat you before work even begins, how detail orientated are they when doing work on your vehicle. I will not give them the time or day and advise against this shop
