My 25 year old A/C stopped cooling Sunday morning. The problem was control board in furnace. I called Monday morning and verified they had it and picked it up. While installing part, another parts house called and quoted part at $120 higher. Thanks for great customer service.

Its mind blowing that this place is ran by such a rude and incompetent manager! Over heard how he speaks to his staff; horrible attitude and didnt even have the parts me and my husband needed for our home.

I visit this business often, Today I shocked I'm not sure who they were talking to but after hearing the conversation and seeing this "PROFESSIINAL TEAM" making noises that a mentally challenged child would make and laughing hysterically and hearing the names they were given this customer I will not be doing business with them any more and I will close my business account. Just wanted other people to know what was going on.

Man.... this place is awesome, my capacitor is burn and when I got there this is place already close but he still help me, I really appreciate his kindness otherwise my family will stay in the hotel tonight. Thanks for your kindness. If google have 10 star rate I will give 10. If you need any plumbing part or Hvac just go there, you will get what you need. And if they dont have it they will refer you to the right place. Again thanks for open the store for me at your closed time.
