Absolutely disgusting. Place is going downhill and absolutely garbage. Me and my grandma both got a steak for her birthday, steak was way undercooked, cold in the center and incredibly dry. We are both home now suffering from food poisoning. If you wanna live do NOT come here

I have never reviewed a restaurant before, but today I need too! I placed an order with a real nice young lady yesterday by the name of Amber, she was very professional. This morning I called and spoke with Mike to confirm this afternoons pickup and he was also very friendly and professional. I got home with the Pulled Pork, the Hawaiian Chicken and Cole Slaw my guests arrived and it was the BEST FOOD, that we ever had from a restaurant! The Pulled Pork was so tender and seasoned perfectly. The Hawaiian Chicken was out of this world. I have visited the restaurant before and had the chicken so I knew it would be great, but today it was better than great. I thank the Jackson Finley's Staff you made my birthday Extra Special with the wonderful FOOD. I highly recommend this restaurant and the to go service that they provide. Thanks again.

Ordered 6 "jumbo" chicken wings for 7.00 and received 6 very small wings, when I brought it to the waitresses attention she said that they switched chicken and never changed menu, meanwhile never offered a discount or make it right with us. This will be our last time there!
