Our repairman was knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and kind. He repaired our refrigerator and even determined that the faulty part was still under warranty. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I requested a repair for my refrigerator back in September, 2021. My original appointment was rescheduled 4 times, finally got a repairman here in December. Parts were required and ordered we had an appointment in January 2022, it was rescheduled for March 1. The week prior to March 1, the appointment was rescheduled for March 24. SIX MONTHS later my refrigerator is still not repaired!
