Dr. Zax and her whole team are professional and caring, with excellent communication and a notably thorough and personal approach. Among several dentists we've had in Ithaca and elsewhere over the years, we have felt most at ease with Dr. Zax, by far. Front desk staff and hygienists are efficient and very good at spreading positive feeling to everyone.

I have been a dental patient of Dr. Marcia Zax at Advanced Dental of Ithaca for many years. Her work and that of all her staff have been the very best anyone could expect! My diagnoses have been "spot-on" and the treatments I have been given for various issues have worked every time. Being at Dr. Zax' office has been like going to the SPA !!
