I called this morning to place an order, and immediately after someone picked up the phone I was hung up on. I called back got someone else to answer and as they were taking my order they started to yell at me asking "What can i help you with!?" after I repeatedly told the lady what I wanted and her repeating my order (so she clearly heard me). She then started screaming at me, after I calmly asked her "Ma'am can you hear me?" at which point she hung up on me. I called back AGAIN, asked to speak to a manager, at which point I was connected with a manager. I told the manager what had happened and she replied to me "We are all in the same office, no one was yelling at you." Mind you, what reason would I have to lie about someone yelling at me? So I further explained how this woman hung up on me, at which point the manager completely denied it and proceeded to ask me "What can I help you with?" But obviously after being treated this way I wasn't just going to let this go, so I asked the manager "Why was I treated this way after being a returning customer for 8 years, spent over $20,000 here." She then hung up on me.
Last time I will ever do business with this place again.
