I rarely write reviews, however, when the service is this good I'm obligated to make a recommendation. MM was outstanding from the moment I called them. They sent a knowledgeable rep out the same day, and by the afternoon I had a detailed quote. After we settled on color and material the awning was built and installed in less than a week. My wife and I attempted to buy a retractable awning from another well publicized and known company. When that was an unsatisfactory experience we looked elsewhere. We came across mm awnings using a Google search and our previous experience proved to be a blessing in disguise. We ended up with a better product built exactly how we wanted, impeccable service, locally built and serviced for about the same price as that other company. We were tight on time and they even had a sales rep stay late to get us all set up. Much thanks to Donna for setting up the meeting and Mike for walking us through the process and explaining our options. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the process! I cannot recommend MM awnings enough. Their FIVE STAR rating is not only earned but its deserved!
