My mother and I were looking for quotes due to the lack of care from our previous car insurance company. We had the pleasure of meeting Israel Garcia, who not only explained the breakdown for each coverage but also provided different scenarios to help us better understand the different premiums. My mother speaks minimal English, and Israel was completely understanding of that fact. He provided amazing customer service and was transparent throughout the whole consultation.
