I cannot speak of the management here, because I took a home from a landlord.
Be very cautious when signing leases here. The apartments here are very old, 1980's build, and it's very natural that there will be some maintenance issues lying here and there. I signed a lease which asks for a upfront payment of 125$, and then the rest being taken care by the landlord. Now for every small repair, the landlord is charging me 125$ each.
They have inflated the asking rents to a very large amount, so don't be shy to negotiate, or look for other options. You can probably find a better deal for 100-200$ extra.

We have been living in the apartment since past 2 years and there are no issues. Management/leasing office is very nice and has been very responsive . They are very prompt handling the service requests. My experience has been great so for. Not sure why the ratings are so low but We have been living here since Dec 2021 and we are very happy about it. The houses are pretty spacious, there is good common area for kids to play around.
My lease is ending in next 4 months and unfortunately we will have to break the lease as we are moving out early. I was wondering if they can help me out without me paying the rent for remaining months. I can bring the tenants easily if they could allow the lease transfer. I hope they will help me out on this matter considering my stay in green hollow drive. Thanks forthe great work!!

Maintenance guy is always polite and helpful,all stars for him
