Hard working men should be valued by their employers. When he shows up on time, is reliable, committed, and honest, he should be given leadership roles. Value your employees.. thank them for their loyalty, praise them when deserved, and show them respect.. A company doesn't succeed on it's own. It's thanks to the hard working men who are dedicated and take their jobs seriously. One that doesn't work only for a paycheck, but who enjoys what they do. These men deserve higher roles, bigger challenges, and a big fat bonus. So bring John Doe back into the office and say.. " You know what John, you deserve a raise!! Better yet a promotion!! Not even.. A vacation!!!" That way when he comes back, he'll perform better and more efficiently.. he'll be loyal for life! .. just saying
