Came here to get some balloons for my daughters birthday and the selection was pretty solid - had everything from spider man, to cocomelon, cars, Disney etc. The store is well organized and never too busy.
Parking is super easy here, since its in a big lot, and store is pretty decently sized.
The main thing that kills this store is whoever handles the helium balloon station. Literally asked a few questions about balloons and gave looks as if I was ruining her day. FYI, you pay for your balloons at the cash register after you view their little 4x8 card that shows the price per dozen or mix and match. We found out the hard way by being bothersome to the employee by asking where the prices were.
After getting kicked from the helium station to the cashier, cashier was friendly but told us to see the gal at the helium station which then also gave us a side eye look for not knowing where their selection of solid color balloons are. They are at the end on the wall in baskets not the baskets in front of them.
Just really irritating to ask someone who is supposed to be helpful, be a complete rude person. Its not like thats what they pay you for right? Costs nothing to be polite but guess it costs nothing to be a prick too.
