This place sucks, ophthalmology office visit charges for hospital visit for a Dr s visit.
I hated going there.
Stay away and go to a private dr with no wait and regular office visit.
I wasted 8 hours
Drs arent that good
They never call you back if the prescription is wrong.
The people at UCI should work for collection agency.

My provider, Kaiser Permanente, put the wrong refer to name so UCI wouldn't allow my visit. The receptionist said they sent me a notice yesterday, but I've searched my emails and the thread of text messages they've sent me the last 2 weeks, but there's no message.
Otherwise, UCI has been great. Especially Dr. Oh and Dr. Fujitani.
Kaiser, on the other hand, has been a nightmare to deal with.
