I just went to see Tong too have my Dual 1229 cartridge holder repaired and apparently Tong retired. Good for him. He's really a good technician and a very nice man.

Tong is the best! I brought him an old biotracer turntable w late 1970s technology and he made it even better. He upgraded a circuit, restored full function. Extremely kind man and brilliant at his craft. Don't sweat the diagnostic cost. It was totally worth it.. If you are serious about getting your item fixed he will fix it!!

Pacific Sound Service Center is awesome! No where in town except this place can you find better service for a cheap price. If you need your tube amplifer repaired, needles replaced on your turn table, or need to find that hard to find Marantz stero receiver this is the place to go!
