Worst experience I ever had. Doctor came in one time . I came with head trauma and swelling. Never gave me any medication. The nurses asked him multiple times , I was there over 5 hours. When I was discharged I still never seen him. I will never go back . Nurses were excellent & caring. This doctor was the worst I ever experienced.

Do not go to this hospital to get a biopsy... My mother had biopsy on March 18, and as of today, APRIL8th we still do not know the results and can not even reach anyone to find out why. Do not go here.

Tried to open a patient portal over the phone and the IT person on the other end did not speak English very well and was so difficult to understand I ended up giving up. Had a very long pre-check in questionnaire I had to fill out and take pictures of cards over and over before my appt for a scan down in Indy. They seem very pushy about paying your bills, evidentially, before you even get them. I called to get help with something, and all the lady wanted to do was talk about the money I owe and I haven't even gotten the bills yet in the mail! Like c'mon. The staff does not seem caring or concerned about you. I have never had such painful IVs put in and I had them done by more than one person here and the method seems to be to force the needle in and wiggle it around a lot to work it in. Both time I had tears from the pain from these "experienced" techs/nurses. Didn't deal with these issues at my previous doctor's to where I will be returning after my experience here, at St. Vincent's.

I work at a long-term facility and must depend on this hospital for a lot of our needs here. The majority of our residents chose this hospital back when it was something to be proud to be a part of. This is no longer the case. Calling anyone here is a disaster. Always being transferred, nursing always to busy to provide a update on our residents, and the list goes on. I spoke with two nurses. One by the name of Josie and the other by the name of Aly. Both rude and refused to provide us with an update. One transferred me to a dead line and the other said i would have to call back later because she was busy. We are all busy? We all have patients to tend to. Your inconsiderate attitude and reluctance to assist our needs, has us looking into whether continuing our services is appropriate. We are all busy ladies. We all have someone important to tend too. Be kinder. It goes a lot further.
