Have been using green bean for just over a month now and could not be happier. Today they took it to the next level though. It rains a lot where I live and my street floods often, specifically right in front of my house. The driver parked across the street and walked around the flooded area to meet me to bring me my food. Top notch service there!

Yeah your driver just zipped onto the shoulder to make it through a red light before me and the semi who were already queued at the light. I dont know what kind of timing standards yall set for your drivers but they are obviously too severe. Glad I had never heard of your company before today and hope I never hear of you again

We live in a relatively large apartment complex with the apartment #'s prominently displayed on the buildings themselves. For instance if you're in apt 304, then you're in the building with the 300s range. It's not that complicated & just takes a little effort to find.
So we were pretty perturbed when we didn't receive our first box of food after waiting the entire day it was supposed to be delivered on.
No one called to try and find our place.
The delivery driver apparently dropped it off at the first building they felt fit & didn't even attempt to contact and make sure it was correct.
So we promptly ended our service. Would have loved to try them out but not interested in bad communication & lazy follow through on the delivery part.
Luckily cancelling our subscription was easy. Maybe some day the delivery will get there too.
