Extremely rude! When we tired to help the home inspector gain access to a property we ourselves didn’t have access too, he was extremely rude. Cursing, hanging up on us and ultimately got released by mortgage company from being the draw inspector on our project. He then denied cursing or being rude, trying to back pedal, he doesn’t own his mistakes or apologize for how he treats people.

He then proceeded to provoke and text me after being released. He’s definitely a keyboard warrior that hides behind a phone. You’d think with someone whom was of Mr. Kidwell’s age, he would act with some professionalism. He has zero!

John did a great job for us and was honest/professional throughout the whole process. He was even nice enough to give us a credit after the inspection that he really didn't need to. I was expecting the inspection and follow up to be much more stressful but it was not with John.
