I had a terrible experience with ARI. He took over a year for a promised 3 month project, failed to honor his prices, installed a wrong window and performed very shoddy work, missing hardware, missing paint and poorly installed. I won a Better Business Bureau binding arbitration claim which he refuses to pay. Beware.
