Black Diamond Indianapolis is a terrible company. Ashley is the person I was dealing with and she was completely rude. The only reason I have this service is because I have had problem with mice in our attic. They continue to forget a ladder to do the attic service but they still want to charge me for the visit. I have asked them to not charge me until the full service is completed and they refuse to do that. This has happened at least 4-5 times. I cancelled my service with them. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I can promise you they are not customer service focused.

Interesting Only One Bad Review for Black Diamond Pest Control. One person mentioned in the review that Ashley in scheduling and customer service was extremely rude. I have worked with Ashley several times on the phone to finalize my contract for service. Ashley has been professional and friendly on every call from start to finish. David who came out to inspect my house was also very good and very clear on the services I will receive. I will update my review after my first service.

Called black diamond for mice in my attic. The tech did an inspection and decided to put some bait down in the attic and throughout the house, then recommended 2 additional follow ups. Long story short, we no longer have mice in the attic! All the techs that came out were super helpful and did a great job.
Afterwards, I talked with Ashley and she was very helpful describing other services they offer, such as their platinum plan that offers monthly protection and includes things like Termites, Mosquitos, Fleas, and even Bed Bugs. She was very helpful and so we have no enrolled in the platinum plan to do exterior-only service. They set up termite stations around the house and will check them periodically as needed. So far, I have been pleased with Black Diamond and would highly recommend them!

Wonderful service! In less they 2 weeks they got rid of a rat infestation. The home was overrun and they safely and quickly made the destruction of cabinets and food, the amount of dropping and night time sounds disappear. So grateful to have my home secure. Thank you so much!!
