I had to put 1 star, but they get Negative stars. We have put in multiple requests to have my great grandparents markers fixed, vases fixed, the markers are sinking. After a year the work was still not completed. When we went to the office to put in another service request and complain. We were met by Caroline in the office. She is NOT a nice person and NOT helpful. She was very rude. Dont bury your loved one here if you expect the cemetery to take care of the markers and lawn. Because they wont!

Memorial Day Flag display is awesome. Glad to see Brookside wall is repaired. The roads need attention. The road over the creek with easy access from Truman Road to 24 Highway should be re-established.

Happy to have the Westside gate open. Looking forward to improving conditions with new owners. I will be having my monument and flat markers refurbished.

I'll give three stars for now (up from only one). I read the Memorial Day flyer about the new ownership. I'm excited and hopeful that they'll take the necessary steps to make Mt. Washington what it deserves to be. I can definitely see the improvements made so far, but there are certainly more steps to be taken. The older section of the cemetery (on the hill) was still not as well maintained as it should be, though portions of the road are notably better. Again, I'm hopeful that the new ownership will continue making the much needed improvements. I look forward to next year's Memorial Day and the idea that the ENTIRE cemetery will be well manicured. I'll be sure to update this review with those findings.

I am so pleased that someone is finally making an effort to improve the cemetery. It was sad to see it deteriorating.
