John and Becca have earned our loyalty in the jewelry department! My husband has spoiled me w gorgeous pieces from Forever Rox starting with my engagement ring. If youre looking for a luxury watch, John is also your guy! He can find it all and create any vision you have for a stone. I am often complimented by strangers on the pieces John has made for me. Hes excellent at the Wow.

This 5 star rating results from the owner, John Rox(burgh) and his highly professional handling of our transaction. A little miscue occurred regarding the charge for a repair regarding my wife's wedding ring. We received the invoice, my wife told John that another employee (not John) had quoted a lower price, and John, without blinking, immediately accepted the lower price. No hassle, no debate, no defensiveness - just immediate customer accommodation. Very professional. He's made us a recurring customer in the process.
