I Love my Cane Masters Walking Cane! I recently got a walking cane from Cane Masters, and I'm so happy with it. The customer service was super friendly and quick to help with any questions.
The cane itself is fantastic. It's well-made and sturdy, and I love the sleek design. It's not just practical; it looks good too.
What sets Cane Masters apart is their tutorials and videos. They're super helpful, especially if you're new to using a cane. I learned some cool tricks and got tips on maintenance.
Overall, I highly recommend Cane Masters for anyone looking for a great walking cane. It's made my daily walks way more enjoyable. Five stars from me!

EXCELLENT customer service and overall experience. Firstly, their canes are extremely well made and we recommend you give this company your business. Secondly, this company is impressive in that they have returned every single inquiry with a prompt and courteous phone call; that is very rare nowadays. Much appreciation and thanks go to Bauer, Fred, and Ian for all the help in selecting a cane and any concerns we had. They all made the choice of choosing CaneMasters an excellent one. Thank you everyone! 10 out of 10 rating !!!

I have watched this organization outright lie and dishonor their agreement to provide a mobility device in a reasonable time (30 days) to my partner.

They refused to give reasonable updates, and only gave excuses after days of assurances that the cane would be departing their facility "soon" when in reality the cane had not even begun the production process. They claimed that they were in the middle of moving operations, but cannot back this up.

The moment my partner asked for a partial refund for the loss of time on this product (we in fact went to Walgreens in the meanwhile to procure an additional cane at our own expense while waiting for this new one, as his old one has been giving him issues) they ceased communications and put his inquires back into an automated system.

Maybe this used to be people worth doing business with, but now they're definitely an embarrassment to even try to communicate with. If we had the lathe from his old shop, we wouldn't have even bothered asking someone else to build a cane, and could have made at least eight in the time these "masters" spent giving excuses on why they couldn't even send a photo of his.

I bought my first cane from this company 15 years ago when the company was owned by its founder the Legendary GrandMaster Shuey.
Back then, the customer service was on point and the product quality was excellent !!
Fast forward to today when to my sad disappointment my local domestic phone call to canemasters was answered in the Philippines by someone that could barely speak English and couldn't answer my questions.
Apparently the company has been sold to a father and son duo that do not place a premium on serving their clientel.
After many attempts I finally reached a US customer service representative that was unwilling to help me. He later admitted that he thought that I was only 1 single customer looking to buy only 1 cane. When he found out that I had a business and was looking for A LOT more, he changed his tune with a quickness! But alas it was too late.
This was an experience with extremely Poor customer service and as a result I'll take my business elsewhere.

The owner reached out to me because of this review. He was extremely apologetic so I decided to take a chance and order a custom cane.
Ill upgrade this review 1 star as a result and Ill add further updates as appropriate.

Another star was added to the review because I decided to go ahead and order a new cane
They reached out to me to discuss my new custom cane project and gave me a refund because I chose 2 conflicting modifications, so that was impressive!

Its been 120+ days and my contact Luke has still not returned my text.
Im very disappointed in how thin this cane is. I can literally snap it in half with my bare hands. I paid over $800 for a toothpick. I was not advised correctly on the different options and there was no way of knowing from their website. It was a complete waste of money and a waste of my time!
I cannot recommend this company.

I received my Tactical Defender Walking Cane this week. It is beautiful. I chose the oak with Oxblood stain and shark teeth. I love it, and highly recommend Cane Masters!
