Loved our visit! The staff is amazing. It's beautiful and the area is so tranquil. Definitely do not pass up on the opportunity to visit.

I had always like these hot springs but today I was very disappointed. We went to go do caves and pool. Caves were closed for men. Ok we understood. We did private baths. It states to go with the front desk if there was a problem. I did. The temperature was very cold, these are supposed to be hot hot. To be honest the pool was warmer than the bath! They said they had an outage so they weren't as warm. They offered another times but to be honest I had a schedule. That's the point of picking a set hour for your bath. They said they would send a maintenance person. They never showed up. I'm very upset with this. I wasted my time and money. I spent 30 min waiting for the person to show up. I told the front desk about it. They said oh I'm sorry, they didn't knock? No they didn't. Those baths you can even hear the person next to you speaking so no I didn't miss it. They said im sorry I'll tell the manager. They did not offer partial refund or a certificate for another visit.I settled for the temp I had sadly. Very disappointed about the visit. I asked for child care and time off from work for this.

Legitimately the worst value hot spring I have ever been to. 1 pool with 1 temperature and its filled with kids and babies dirty diapers. Then I decided to get the padlock because this place is so seedy and they charge $10 for something that is actually useless. Drive the extra distance to a real hot spring these people are rip offs.
