Very friendly and accommodating. Service was great. We moved into a home two years ago that had a central vac system. We decided to get a new hose and vacuum. Disappointed in the price we paid for it. Quality is average I'd say. Rubber edge started falling apart on the vacuum and the hose kinks at the handle too easily. We didn't shop around beforehand or during the install. We had a lot going and the one he brought out worked with the old system, so we bought it. Just saw that Costco has the same setup for about 60% cheaper. Frustrating how much retail gets marked up. .

I moved into a house with a central vacuum system from 1979. I wanted to get the system updated and running again. They came out and climbed all over my attic making sure all the hoses were sealed. Then they cleared out all the tubes. Then they got my ancient vac system running. They showed me how to clean the old filter and found me compatible bags. My old outlets weren't compatible, so they replaced the outlets and got me a new hose system.
They could have EASILY sold me a new vacuum system ($800) and insisted I do expensive repairs to the hoses in my walls. Instead they minimized my expenses and got my system up and running and kept my bill as low as possible.
Also, I had a loss of suction today. I called them and asked them to come out, thinking my old system had given up the ghost. I was ready to buy a new system. He showed up, checked around, even climbed up into my attic. When they did the original refurbish of my system, they missed a seal. He repaired it, came down and said he was done. I asked what I owed. Nothing. He said he should have gotten it the first time around.
These guys are not looking for a quick buck. They are focused on taking care of their customers and building a loyal customer base. They have a loyal customer in me. I cannot say enough about how great they are.
