If I could I would rate this company with 0 stars. They are liars and the managers have big attitudes. I would not recommend this position to anyone. They also have contracts that they do not explain to you so beware!!

Do not use them. Child was supposed to arrive a 6 pm 615 I began to try and reach out as my child was not back and got a record voicemail that office was closed with no emergency contact number. 640 she finally was dropped off with a different person who then informed me the girls car had broken down. After a fews days to make sure I was cooled off I called back to find a solution so this doesn't happen again and was told I could not have ay contact information as it is private as well as was told that the girl had tried to reach out to me but got my voicemail. To which I replied that a message should have been left or another contact number should have been called. I also explained that I was just trying to get a solution so if this ever happened in the future I could have a way to reach someone. And I didn't wat to get into a debate or have to raise my voice to have a solution to knowing my child is safe. To which I was told that the number I have is all I a going to get and rudely told and that's all they would give me and the girl had tried to contact me. When you have a child and that child is supposed to be at a certain place and it's 40 mins after. As a parent you have a right to know where your child is at period. And to have such a horrible response and non accountable to the lack of responsibility is unexceptable. We thought our child was in an accident or worse and was frantic for 25 mins after waiting 15 min still somewhat worried. It is not okay to then just get in a debate and not come up with a solution to the problem

This place will definitely get sued one day. The staff plays favorites among the children and among the employees. The office managers even went so far as to leave their own 5 star reviews on this page, which already speaks to their moral integrity as a business. Do not send your children here! They do not take good care of their clients or their employees. They don't even train their employees well enough to work with their clients. Plus, they put the needs of the company over the needs of the clients. The management that runs this place works on outdated education methods that never worked and pushes that on the clients and forces the employees to be trained on some of it as well. There is a long list of things wrong with this place and they should be reported to the BBB, but, simply, do not go anywhere near this business!
