I've now been waiting 10 days for someone at Mattapan Community Health Center to approve my prescription. a prescription I've been on for months now. I've called multiple times and will end up going to the center in person if they continue to ignore my prescription request.
I guess this health center doesn't care about its patients having the prescriptions they need to get through everyday life.

Just spend the extra money or time to go somewhere else. If you have other options this will make it much easier for those who dont.
Babies have sleep schedules. Adults have work schedules. In this economy, people cant afford to wait for hours beyond their scheduled appointment times to get routine procedures done. And infants should NEVER be subjected to this.

Consumer alert
While there are some who show excellence in there work
The overall customer service of this place is horrible companies like this one are predators to our community taking our money treating us like trash is not customer service
It is sad to say so meany of my people depend on this trash company
Today I had my last straw simply booking an appointment is too difficult for there compression
