I was looking for a tow company that would be able to tow a car for me from Boston to RI. It's 45 miles each way. Some companies either did an offer towing outside of Boston or Massachusetts to Rhode Island and others didn't have the time of our ferry hi in rate. I normally look for companies with 4 to 5 star ratings with excellent reviews but I just happen to come across metro towing I only noticed they had three stars I didn't read any reviews prior gave them a call and they gave me a good price and was able to meet me within the timeframe that I needed the tow service. Upon coming out to give the tow not only were they super friendly courteous and most professional the gentleman was also proud and passionate about his job. Stating he loves it and does it for fun. I give Metro Towing 5 Stars and highly recommend their services. Service: Car towing

Disgusting, unprofessional, rude, sexist and disrespectful people. They towed my sister's car and when she picked up she noticed a very loud rackety sound that I heard while being on the phone. I called and asked to speak to the owner and the guy who answered said it was him. I told him that they towed my sister's car and they messed it up and asked for his name, the guy responded yelling, "tell her to call her insurance, and there's no name" and hung up. I called a second time, and another rude and sexist man said the same thing. These people are disgusting.
