CNA or Nurse from Ireland and lovely checked me in butNurse Practitioner very haughty, uncaring, very cold, rude. Seemed to be maybe on the Spectrum. Remote! She said what did you expect me to do when you came here. Told me to go elsewhere. I hadnt even asked her to do anything. Just told me to go elsewhere. She didnt see anything wrong.wow so cold!

Dr. Arnold has been my primary doctor since 2014 and will continue to be even when living off cape! Such a brilliant person and very thorough with his exams. Best doctor in MA!

Dr Arnold is enthusiastic and charismatic and the Direct Primary Care membership model allows him to spend more TIME with the patient, working directly with patients instead of with third parties and insurance companies. He is worth the membership fee to get the QUALITY of care that patients deserve - to be treated like family! Definitely sign up before he fills up.

Policeman don't hesitate or deny going to a car window on a traffic stop in fear of danger nor does a firefighter refuse to go into a burning home for the same reason. Then why does a doctor see sick people virtually or from the car of all places in fear of getting sick?
Patients should be seen in the warm safe environment of the doctor's office. If you don't like the profession get a different one.
Secondly I have been seen by at least 7 different assistants, each time someone different. Makes you feel like a Leper.
