The worst customer service Ive see in United States, we just ask to open the fit room the lady always so rude for no reason the guy was nice but the girl in the cashier was insane rude someone should do something

I love this store, the clothes are great quality and the staff is so kind and helpful. Its always organized and well kept whenever I go in there, even with post-holiday madness. Their manager, Jake, is simply the best. He is so sweet and accommodating, highly recommend checking it out if you havent already!

This place is fine clothing wise but the workers there seem to not have a filter. I went in there a few weeks ago and there was a guy working who was just swearing as if no one else was in the store. I have no issue with swearing but when youre trying to shop and just hear an employee swearing that much it almost made me uncomfortable and just wasnt professional at all. I also went in there today and asked to try something on just to hear them say that they dont have the fitting rooms open? In a clothing store? I took a look at the rooms and they looked completely fine and as they usually do. Fyi nobody is going to buy a pair of jeans, pants, Or a shirt without knowing if it will fit them. So theres one way to loose business. Overall I think they could do better.
