Called ahead because I thought I was supposed to have blood drawn before 11. They said no problem come anytime. Drive over and NO, she tells me youre late. I just called and asked! Thanks for wasting my time! IDIOTS! Dont answer questions over the phone if you are clueless!

Had to come in two times because they lost my blood the first time, second time the guy tore the needle out at an angle leaving me with a big painful bruise...

Update: they managed to screw it up again so i am going to have to get blood drawn a third time :). Bruise is turnig a nice shade of brownish-yellow.

It was frustrating to walk in there on a Saturday and find that only one person was running the whole place. She was checking people in and doing the lab work. I got there a little after 8 and at 8:35 I still hadnt even been checked in I had to leave because I needed to be at work by 9. When I left there were still 3 people ahead of me I probably wouldve been there until 12 if I had stayed.
