No clue how they are the highest rated dry cleaners in Huntsville. Been there 4 times since moving here and it get worse each time:
*creases removed from pants
*no creases in collars of shirts
*sleeves of long shirts not pinned
*collars look worse coming out then after initial wears from previous dry cleaners.
Pro: they are friendly.

I took in my coat to have the zipper replaced, some seams re-stitched, and dry cleaning nearly two weeks ago. I received a text message today stating that they didnt have the zipper that I requested (pickup was scheduled for Thursday). No initial apology was given until I stated that it was unacceptable and warranted a discount. The response I received was that he could care less and offered to put in a larger zipper. I did not appreciate such short notice and the lack of customer service at such a high price point. It must be nice to be making so much money that you can treat paying customers this way! What a waste of my time! I took my coat elsewhere and will never return. Such a lack of professionalism and a desperate need to learn customer serviceyou all should be ashamed! I will inform everyone of my experience!
