We have done a number of projects with Joe Still Building Company - every time its great. From initial project planning and understanding our needs, to job-site cleanliness and professionalism, they are solid. The final product has always been good from restorations to new builds.
We have worked with Joe and Brent - the folks at JSBC are folks you can trust. Bigger or smaller projects - they are great.

Joe Still Building Company could improve by properly closing and managing construction zones to prevent damage to the vehicles of commuters. Leaving a road open to run dump trucks through, while barrels and signage are moved aside, does not clearly designate a closure and should warrant a flag man or proper signage left in place. Additionally, not denying incidents even occurred on the word of the demolition equipment operator would improve their reputability. I would not recommend using them unless you want the risk of a construction related incident.
