Exceptional customer service!! We bought a house from folks who had used Rand's Blinds for their window treatments several years before we bought it. One of the clips that held the decorative top piece in place broke. We contacted Rand's Blinds to see if maybe we could buy an extra bracket. The owner was so nice and offered to send us the clip at no charge. We received 7 clips, in case any others should break. If/When we decide to change our window treatments in the future, we will definitely use Rand's Blinds.

Great selection and prices for what we needed as we moved into a new house. It was a big project with a new home getting blinds for every window but they made it easy. The were very helpful and made sure we were happy with our choices. We were introduced to some new products that we liked and decided to purchase.
