Update: Since seeing this doctor, I've been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. Him dismissing what I was going through could have cost me my life.
If you're a woman run! He ONLY listened to me if I brought my father in my appointments. I had a cholecystectomy and my symptoms did not improve. His solution was to give me PSYCH MEDS. He downright refused a gastric emptying study AFTER w week stint in Huntsville Hospital blaming constipation. He even told me I needed my gallbladder removed AGAIN... I had to remind him I already had a cholecystectomy. He gave me laxatives and refused any further tests. I went elsewhere and found out I have moderate/severe Gastroparesis which is a very serious diagnosis. Ladies we are NOT dramatic. Keep pushing and don't go to this guy unless you have a husband with you. Even then if he's trying to give me a second cholecystectomy that shows he can't be bothered to read the patient file before his insulting 5 minute rushed appointments.

Used to be a great doctor, but not anymore. Both my mom and I saw him a few years ago. All was good then, he listened and cared. But these past few months my mom has been very sick with nausea and vomiting. He prescribed her a med that only made things worse. She stayed in the hospital for a week and came home still sick. She went for a follow up and he was rather rude, wouldn't listen to her issues. I even told him how sick she has been, he glared at me half the visit. We left with no answers. His words were "you are relying too much on nausea meds" and "it's because of your pain management pills". She left in near tears and me furious. Certainly don't recommend him anymore.
