Took my 3 YO son here for a sleep study and did not feel comfortable. Could not properly regulate the heat...was either too hot or too cold. The Tech was not friendly and seemed annoyed with me and my son. We accidentally left my son's toy there and they discarded it without giving us ample time to get it. I would NOT recommend this place!

I had an overnight sleep study here as a referral from a local sleep clinic. The staff were professional. The room and bathroom were clean. The TV and heat/AC both had remotes...lol. A sleep study is not expected to be a stay at the Hilton. It is definitely a medical procedure. However, enetering with realistic expectations this went as well as can be expected. Thank you Crestwood.

Just had a study done 3/18/22 took me a minute to find the actual suite 106 but after that was as smooth as possible. I was blessed with a tech name Brian I believe and he was one of the most comforting professional techs that place could have. He made me at home, he made me feel content with his professionalism and if I owned a business I would want 10 like this guy. He mentioned he was retiring soon and I hope he enjoys it but Crestwood needs to try and hang on to him for maybe training future techs on how to explain everything step by step and making in comprehensive from medical terms. Actual 3 techs last night was exceptional....get them turkey Mr brian

My 13 year old had an inconclusive study. She only slept 2 hours and 26 minutes. At the follow up 3 weeks later the NP said the study should be repeated. The lack of sleep was due in great part to disturbances by sleep lab employees. They were laughing and talking loudly. They were most loud at 3 am. I had to leave the room to as them to be quiet. Also her sleep was disrupted by feedback noises that occurred throughout the night from the ceiling speaker. The recliner I slept in was very noisy and disrupted her sleep every time I moved. I emailed Crestwood regarding this experience. The NP and doctor at Roy Sleep Center were also informed about this experience. Never got a response from either. I highly recommend Vanderbilt Sleep Center in Nashville.
