Ridiculous mask mandate in fall of 2022. Staff force customers to wear while in the facility, but regularly let slip below their own noses. All optics.
Despite the seemingly nice doctor(s), I can no longer trust their medical opinions after such lazy research.

I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for them not telling me they don't accept medicade when I first got there. I handed them my insurance cards for my two girls and they said nothing so I thought everything was good but after the service was done and we check out they decide to then tell me they don't accept medicade. Now I have to pay. If they told me at first at least then I could have decided to find a different doctor. That was very wrong on their part.

They're very friendly and helpful. Facilities area clean and appear well maintained. Plenty of parking, but if they're busy you might have to park in an adjacent lot around back. Spacious waiting room with stuff for the kids to play with.

Im hoping my opinion of this place changes. My daughter has TSC. These guys are supposed to be the experts. My daughters neurologist sent 5 referrals to this clinic. It took the fifth one before they acknowledged they received it. This took 2 months after the initial referral. They finally received the referral and we had a name that we needed to speak with to get an appointment. Her name is Jessica. My wife and I have left countless messages asking for a return call to make an appointment. To this day, weve still never received a call. Its been over 3 months. We finally had to demand to be transferred to someone else to schedule an appointment. I hope I can change this review after the appointment. My daughter has had a rough time and really needs specialists. Hopefully the doctors are more competent than the staff.
