After listening to one of many Conrad's great podcasts I got the curiosity to see if his ads were true. I put in a lead and immediately got a call from Christian and Bill. They told me the steps to get started and passed my info over to Diane who went above and beyond to make this process easy and stress free. They did what my bank had fumbled the ball on. They saved me and my family a lot of money. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had dreamed of owning a home but never really thought it was possible due to some financial mistakes in my past. I kept hearing the ads for 1st family mortgage on one of my favorite podcasts and Conrads slogan We wont tell you no, just not right now. I thought Id at least try. My initial call I spoke to Frances, she was very warm and welcoming and after taking some information out me in touch with Diane. Diane carefully looked over my credit and showed us where we could improve our credit to secure the loan.Thanks to the wonderful people at 1st family we have our dream home and if the day should come that we want to downsize Ill gladly call them again! I listen to Conrads podcasts. I have contacted 1st Family twice over the past few years. I am trying to pay off my mortgage with one of the dreaded banks. Twice they could have sold me on refinancing. Both times they have told me to continue to sending in extra principal instead of refinancing. Both times they have spent quality time with me on the phone answering my questions at no cost with nothing in it for them. They are prompt honest people that will help you even if it doesnt help their financial bottom line. Call them up! They will help!

The name says it all......FAMILY! Larry, Frances, and Holly were great to work with, and were so down to earth, which made me feel like I was working with family members. 1st Family Mortgage helped me purchase my childhood home. Not only did they make the process easy for me, they made it easy for my mother to sell it with out any headaches. I recommend everyone to use 1st Family Mortgage.
