We are new residents and overall are happy with Meadowbrook. Nice folks in the community and from leasing to maintenance. Quiet, safe & comfortable. Admittedly, there was confusion & some concerns initially with the leasing dept. & a few contractual variations that we were asked to discard & resign, prior to final corrections on the leasing agreement.
After moving in, maintenance was sent to plane the door for the water heater unit room, so that it could close properly & not stick. We requested this a week before move-in with another simple request (additional cleaning of some outside beetle/bugs which we ended up taking care of). Gregg from maintenance came to plane the door which was a quick fix, but he hadn't anticipated for the shavings it created, meaning how to contain the shavings from getting all over everything nearby nor had paint to complete the job. It is apparent that maintenance carries a full plate, do their best to accommodate, and perhaps, the communications between mgmt. and maintenance can be improved along with hiring more help? There are a lot of units to maintain for the # on their staff. I can only imagine its very busy. Gregg was courteous & apologized for the clean up needed, but had to leave for another maintenance call he got while planing the door.
Two days later we went to use the washer for the first time. It was new, but did not work. (Meadowbrooks checklist before move-in?) Although it was an unexpected inconvenience, Robinson, head of maintenance came over right away after Lori, Leasing Mgr. contacted him. Robinson finished the painting on the planed door, brought over another new washer the next day, installed it, and was also courteous and clearly interested in doing a good job. My husband and I value that. In these ways, we are thankful for Meadowbrooks responsiveness to matters concerning residents and hope this helps for their continued improvements where everyone wins. Looking forward to our time here.

The maintenance guys Robinson and Gregg are great. They always show up real quick and fix any maintenance problems in our apartment.

Gregg and Jawayne in maintenance were great! Fixed the issue quickly after I entered the request!
