Showed up before closing and waited in drive thru line until the the car in front of us gave up, apparently had been sitting there for how long waiting for someone to acknowledge they were there. We walked up to the window and asked what's going on and they just told us they were closed. Apparently didn't want to work because they already started cleaning up. If the constant terrible reviews of this DQ don't say something about how it's ran, I don't know what else will. Put in new management and hire people who operate the business as the brand you wish to have.

The place was dirty there was 4 employees only 2 tables with customers.it was 4 in the afternoon which someone could have wiped tables off it took 10 min to get our ice cream not happy at all

Nice help. Store was clean enough. The girls seemed a bit o erwhelmed. It was busy. They were working hard and doing their best.
