This place is horrible!!!
The accounting errors and lack of professionalism from Mary is disgusting!!! 1st the day care charged and old bank account a week prematurely and it has been complete hell to have them rectify the error. After auditing Marys work, at her request, we provided all documents showing the accounting errors, provided a detailed email, doing her job just for her to still be unable to handle the situation. I will gladly post the emails from this joke of a management team. Do yourself a favor and bring your kids to a day care where you wont have to deal with these issues!!

BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!(fake name for obvious reason)because Mary likes to harass people but lil friends is a horrible place to leave your kids, they hire just anyone and they are always desperate for help, always under staffed and not in ratio! Mary is a horrible and mean person doesnt care about the kids in her care or the daycares itself. she makes friends with all the young teens that work for her and then sit around and gossips about the ones she doesnt like and about the families and children in her care and all their person business! There was a child with special needs in their care and Mary and another staff members were making fun of her! Both location need to be shut down there are so many safety issues you have to be desperate to send your children there!!!!

If I Could give 0 stars I would. Upon meeting Mary, the director, she was very unfriendly and proceeded to tell me she knew my husband's ex-wife, and that was all she said. My stepson is adopted and his daycare is paid by the state. However when they were slow to pay the previous 3 weeks, she kicked my stepson out of daycare until the bill was paid in full with a week in advance. Her email (which she sent at 7pm canceling care for the next day. She couldn't even bother to call.) to my husband was degrading and rude- like we are deadbeats who never pay. It was a mix up on the state's part. She knew it and had paperwork from them, and from us, so she knew it was legit. My husband had asked several times since starting if they had everything they needed and was told all was fine & it "happens all the time, the state always pays slow." So we paid the bill and things were just ok for awhile. Sometimes my stepson got breakfast, sometimes he didn't. I was never asked for ID to pick him up, even though I had never met any of the teachers. Neither was my mother for the week we were on vacation. I saw kids wrestling and fighting outside without a teacher. Small children were walking around with cleaning solution, spraying it everywhere while they "cleaned". It seemed there were way too many children per teacher in the afternoons. The list goes on... We continued looking for other care, but found nothing. The final straw came about 2 months after starting there, when my husband picked up my stepson and was rudely confronted by Mary stating he was "making" other kids fight, and had talked back; denying it. My husband asked where the adult supervision was when this fight was happening, and if he was disciplined for talking back. We were told he's "always a problem," despite his head teacher always saying he was very well behaved. When my husband asked her why we hadn't been informed of the "issues" prior so we could address them, Mary said "don't come back on Monday". During all of this my stepson's head teacher was standing there in tears, saying he hadn't misbehaved and wasn't a problem. She proceeded to apologize to my husband, and was rudely told to go back to her room. Before my husband and stepson were in the car, my husband's ex-wife knew that he had been kicked out so Mary immediatley ran to tell her. (She only sees my stepson 2 days a month and has nothing to do with his daycare so it did not pertain to her at all.) The funny part is, the people who owned & ran the daycare prior to Mary said they still get phone calls trying to complain about her and the care there(I believe they still own the building). I'd steer far clear of here if possible! We were in a pinch and needed a daycare that transported to school. But it wasn't worth it.

Careful when sending your kids here! I FINALLY convinced my daughter to give her 2 weeks notice due to some extremely unprofessional and unsafe management on the part of Mary and staff. Ironically she was fired the next day for giving her phone number to a few kids to babysit for in the future. If I could publicly share the degrading emails she was sent, I would. Its very sad actually and not once was she talked to face to face! She was actually reprimanded for doing too much with the children and teaching them to many lessons. She was told they were not one of those 21st century grant funded programs and therefore they didnt need to provide structure. Just let them run around!
Its a blessing in disguise she no longer works there for her sake, but feel terrible for people sending their kids to this center! They lost a good teacher today!
To the owners, you may want to consider putting Mary through a class on professional conduct when dealing with employees. Based on the context of the emails, she needs it.
