Bought car on 4/1 and drove it home. The sales process was smooth and they worked hard to get me into a car that I liked. Salesperson made a point of telling me that the dealer provided a 30 day warranty, and they sold me the extended warranty coverage. Always a good idea. On 4/3 my check engine light came on and on 4/4 I went to dealer to have both the check engine light and an oil leak fixed. Fair enough that they couldn't look at it until 4/8. On 4/8 I was told that the service warranty company was questioning the repair. I am not sure why that affects me, due to the signed document about the dealer warranty for 30 days. It's now Friday 4/12 and I've been told the car maybe ready for today. They've been waiting for the service contact folks to approve. I've been without a car for a week. I've yet to understand why they couldn't just fix the car and then argue it out between the used car folks and the warranty service company. The service advisor has been great but I'd suspect this all comes from the sales manger not wanting to pay for anything. I'm not sure I'd buy another car from these folks. I'm giving two stars instead of 1 simply because the salesperson and service advisor have been great.

Salesman worked well with valuing my trade. Told him a monthly payment that I wanted to be at. Agreed to that amount. Then when doing paperwork, it was over 30 a month higher. Not thrilled, but explained as that was before taxes. Didn't appreciate the semantics and questionable business ethics. Nice vehicle, but a little jaded by that part of the deal. Will certainly keep in mind in future purchases.

I wish there was 0 star. We took my husband's truck to get a battery replaced. They left the code reader in the truck so we had to go out of our way to bring it back. They also told us we needed $2400 worth of work on the truck, some of that being transmission fluid. We came home, my husband checked, and the transmission fluid is bright pink. The tech never even looked. When my husband confronted them, the manager said 'Yes, our job is to upsell'.

I had the best service.........I was working with Kool Chevy at first and they could not make any kind of a deal......Walked into Wenzel met with Josh and Dale. They took great care of me. Drove out with a new truck........Great people. Great job to all
