We had multiple replacements of double pane glass doors on our sunporch that had never been replaced since the house was built in the 50s and the doors were fogged up. Not only did they do a beautiful job with the glass but they made some repairs in some of the door handles that were above and beyond the job they were set to do. I wasnt home, but according to my husband, they also did an amazing job with cleanup, as outside the doors there were some muddy areas. We had done some comparison pricing and the price was good compared to others, but the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Worst customer service I have ever received.
Mid December 2023, I talked to them about getting a couple of pieces of glass made (table top, RV). I brought samples in, and they made templates. They told me they couldn't do it there and had to send them out. Long story short, 2 months and 4 or 5 phone calls later, I haven't been able to get an answer on whether they are even doing anything with it. A simple "Yes, we can do it" or "No, we can't." Is that so hard? Excuses like "The person you talked to is out sick. We will have them call you tomorrow." or "I'll look into it and get back to you." They never did.
Update: It is now late March 2024, and although the owner said they would call me, they haven't.
My conclusion is that their vendor's price was so high that they couldn't mark the price up enough to make a good enough profit for them. I guess you can forget serving the public interest with these people.

I wish I could give Country Glass 6 stars. Accidents can happen on any job but it takes a great company to own an issue and provide a resolution. Thank you! True professionals.
UPDATE 03/12/24: Had a small unrelated leak 2 years later. They came right out, re-caulked, and fixed our issue free of charge. What a great company that doesn't nickel/dime you and you can trust. I can't say enough about these guys. (I gave them all the cash I had on me to buy them lunch at least.)

Could not recommend enough! Went in to replace two small mirrors and they were ready in less than 24 hours! Great service and super friendly staff, definitely will be a returning customer!
