The manager@ this location keeps her facility@ 4413 Madison st New Port Richey i clean and well kept. I felt safe anytime I've been there. I prefer it to any other one in all of Pasco County really. Kathryn deserves a raise!!

If I could give a no stars I would. Changed their hours from 7am to 9am been sitting out front for over 30 min waiting to pick up our reserved truck. Only for them not to be open. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Especially if you have a deadline . You are screwed!!

This was a great experience ! Kayla who I believe was the manager, was able to help me in picking the right size truck, and made the transaction as smooth as possible. I was also very impressed with how clean and well taken care of the trucks were.

We have used this location for trailer rentals for many years. I recently rented a storage unit. I gave my credit card information, driver's license along with my phone number and emergency contact information. I confirmed with the guy behind the desk that auto payment would be set up. That wasn't the case, auto payment was never set up. I was issued late payments. When I went in to closed out the account I was told "we have a lot of customers complaints as the auto payment isn't working" I would most certainly think so! I closed out my account at that time I was told a $15.00 lean was applied to my account. I asked if these charges could be removed along with the late payment I was told "there's nothing I could do" asked to speak to the manager She wasn't available. This morning my husband received an email saying your next payment is due on June 25. I closed this account out weeks ago! I called and the same gentleman I dealt with he says said oh I see your account is still open!! YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER!! THIS IS VERY CONCERNING!!
